I tried to change my wash preferences, the app said Saved. But when I viewed on My Wash Preferences or via the Order History, the preferences I set and saved were not there. Kept on trying to change but the Save button was disabled. I do not know what Cleanly see as my preferences.

Service was great, but your pricing was confusing. In several places on your website you show a price of $1.50 per pound, but you charged me $1.99/lb. Perhaps that was an old price, but you should update your website. I asked for a credit for the difference, but never received a reply.
