He explained everything to me and makes the entire process completely worry-free. Turnaround is super-quick and everything comes back spotless and looking brand new. I want to give 5 Stars to ByNext, the best Dry Cleaning and Laundry Service I have ever used. All my cleaning and laundry was pm returned to me promptly and everything was clean, fresh and carefully folded. The ByNext friendly staff, definitely pays attention to detail, for example, my antique Satin dress was returned to me looking better than when I bought it. But, the best part of my experience with ByNext was when I pointed out to Harry Garcia that there was a billing problem on my receipt. Harry listened to me and I felt heard.
