Our disinfection and sanitation practices go beyond appearance; they’re about safety and confidence in every clean.
Health & Safety Guidelines

FACE COVERING DURING BOOKING/PICK UP

We supply our drivers and cleaners with face coverings to wear while collecting and cleaning your laundry, in accordance with the CDC’s recommendations.

SANITIZATION

All of our fulfillment facilities and drop-off locations are thoroughly sanitized frequently, with a special focus on high-touch areas.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

Payment can be made in-app, and invoices are sent via email to minimize the need for cash and receipts. You can also tip us for our exceptional service.

CONTACTLESS PICK UP/ BOOKING

We offer the option to pick up or deliver your laundry directly to your doorstep - with no contact required. Select it in the app.

Our Health and Safety Protocols

  • Adherence to Guidelines: ByNext continuously monitors and implements directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other recognized public health authorities to confirm compliance with the latest safety standards and preventive measures.

  • Hand Hygiene: All team members are required to wash their hands thoroughly for a minimum of 20 seconds at regular intervals and avoid touching their face, eyes, and mouth to minimize the risk of contamination.

  • Employee Health Monitoring: Staff members exhibiting symptoms of illness are instructed to remain at home and seek appropriate medical guidance before returning to work.

  • Protective Barriers: Transparent protective shields have been installed at customer service counters across all ByNext store locations to maintain safe interaction between staff and customers.

  • Protective Equipment: Cleaning personnel are equipped with masks, gloves, and, where necessary, aprons and protective booties when entering customer homes or commercial premises to adhere to the highest hygiene standards.

  • Sanitization Procedures: Frequently touched surfaces, equipment, and tools are cleaned and disinfected routinely using approved household and commercial sanitation products.

  • Hand Sanitizer Availability: Hand sanitizing stations are positioned at store counters and key operational points for both customer and staff use.

  • Social Distancing: Physical distancing practices are maintained throughout all ByNext facilities and during service delivery to support a safe and controlled environment.

Customer Health & Safety Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone, ByNext kindly requests all customers to follow the recommended CDC health and safety practices during cleaning appointments and service interactions:

  • Face Coverings: Customers are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering while ByNext cleaning staff are present within their premises.

  • Physical Distancing: Clients are encouraged to remain in a separate room during service to allow our team to perform their duties efficiently and safely.

    • This guarantees proper focus and uninterrupted cleaning procedures.

    • A minimum distance of six feet must be maintained at all times, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

  • Contactless Options: To further minimize physical interaction, customers are encouraged to use ByNext’s contactless app features, including theLeave-at-Door pick up and delivery option.

Safe Cleaning Through GreenEarth® Technology

ByNext is committed to delivering the highest level of garment care and hygiene. Our dry cleaning process exclusively uses GreenEarth® solvent, a proven and environmentally responsible cleaning solution.

  • Advanced Solvent Technology: The GreenEarth® process utilizes pure D5 dry cleaning fluid, which has the highest flash point (170°F) among alternative solvents, allowing garments to dry safely at 158°F (70°C).

  • Thermal Sanitization: According to the World Health Organization’s Thermal Inactivation of Bacteria, Viruses, and Protozoa guidelines (2015), most viruses and bacteria are inactivated at 70°C (158°F) when maintained for a sufficient duration.

  • Proven Effectiveness: The GreenEarth® process maintains this temperature for over 30 minutes, an adequate time to neutralize most microorganisms tested.

  • Enhanced Protection: While specific data on COVID-19 are evolving, based on scientific parallels, this method is considered among the most effective dry cleaning systems for reducing microbial presence and promoting safer garment hygiene.
