I want to give 5 Stars to ByNext, the best Dry Cleaning and Laundry Service I have ever used. All my cleaning and laundry was pm returned to me promptly and everything was clean, fresh and carefully folded. The ByNext friendly staff, definitely pays attention to detail, for example, my antique Satin dress was returned to me looking better than when I bought it. But, the best part of my experience with ByNext was when I pointed out to Harry Garcia that there was a billing problem on my receipt. Harry listened to me and I felt heard. I have a jacket that I bought 10 years ago and was too afraid to take it anywhere. But the button on it was on its last thread (literally) and figured it was due time to clean it. So, I brought it to Maggie. I wish I found this sooner! She put the button back on no problem, and it was returned quickly all fresh and clean! Honestly, I'd give them anything cause I know my clothes are in good hands. Maggie is honestly the best.
