All my cleaning and laundry was pm returned to me promptly and everything was clean, fresh and carefully folded. The ByNext friendly staff, definitely pays attention to detail, for example, my antique Satin dress was returned to me looking better than when I bought it. But, the best part of my experience with ByNext was when I pointed out to Harry Garcia that there was a billing problem on my receipt. Harry listened to me and I felt heard. Within a few days, Harry Garcia and Kane Williamson solved my billing problem and gave me the support I needed throughout this entire process. Thank you ByNext.
